1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 8–16 business days. That breaks down to 2–4 business days of processing/handling, plus 6–12 business days in transit. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. How does sizing work?
Most of our gear is one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps, bands, or flexible fits. For any item with specific sizing, you'll find a full size guide on the product page.
4. How are the LED pieces powered?
Many LED items are USB-rechargeable (cable included), while some smaller trinkets run on replaceable batteries (typically included). Every product page lists exactly how that item is powered.
5. How do I charge the USB-rechargeable items?
Plug the included USB cable into any standard USB port, wall adapter, or power bank. A full charge usually takes 1–3 hours and gives you several hours of runtime.
6. How long does the battery last?
Most LED pieces last a full night of dancing on a single charge. For multi-day festivals, top up rechargeables between days or pack a spare power bank.
7. What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't right, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right.
8. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.
9. My festival is soon — will my order arrive in time?
Order early. We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before your event.
