If your gear doesn't hit the way you hoped, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What's covered

• Any item in unused, original condition with its original packaging.
• Defective or dead-on-arrival items — we replace these free of charge or refund you in full, your choice.

How to start a return

1. Go to our Contact page with your order number and what's going on.
2. We'll send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The fine print

• Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing — then it's on us.
• Items returned used, damaged, or without packaging may be refused or partially refunded.
• Personalized / custom-printed items (custom fans, flags, totem signs) are made to order and are only returnable if defective.
• Sale items are returnable under the same 30-day window.
