After you place your order, our team needs 2–4 business days to process, prepare, and dispatch it.

Tracking

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout. Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Eligible for refund or replacement:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Items that never arrived (after the full delivery window)
To start a return:
- Email support@lumarave.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo/video for damaged items.
- We'll respond with next steps.
Note: For hygiene reasons, items worn near the mouth/face may not be eligible for return once opened unless damaged. Items must be unused and in original condition.
